Cancellation Policy
At Black Sheep Salon, we strive to make every experience as enjoyable and stress-free as possible for our clients. However, we do charge a fee for same day cancellations or no-shows. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and you are important to us, so when life happens please just contact us asap. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we appreciate as much notice as possible so we can adjust our schedule. For large service over 3 hours we ask for a minimum of 48hr notice and appointments shorter than 3hrs we require a 24hr notice. Your understanding and communication are greatly appreciated, and we look forward to welcoming you at your convenience.
